Signs of a worn battery
Your phone shuts down even though there's charge left. It gets hot when charging. It slows down because it's throttling to save the battery. Or the battery has started to swell, so the screen or back is lifting. If that's the case, it needs replacing straight away.

New, high-quality batteries with full capacity. We test charging and capacity before you get your phone back.
How it works
1. Book and choose your model. You see the price straight away.
2. We confirm a time. You drop it off in Aalborg Øst, or we collect it from you.
3. We replace the battery. On a phone it takes about 30 minutes.
4. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once it works.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we fix it at no extra charge.

When should the battery be replaced?
When your phone shuts down at 20–30%, gets hot, or the battery health is below 80%. On an iPhone you can check this under Settings, Battery, Battery Health.
How long does a battery replacement take?
About 30 minutes for a phone when the battery is in stock. 2–3 hours for an iPad and typically 1–2 days for a laptop.
Will I lose my data?
No. A battery replacement doesn't touch your photos, messages or apps.
