Water damaged phone in Aalborg
Has your phone been in water, dropped in the toilet or had coffee spilled on it? The sooner it's cleaned, the better the chance of saving it.
Do this straight away
1. Switch the phone off. Even if it still works. Power and water cause corrosion.
2. Don't charge it. It's the biggest mistake you can make.
3. Dry the outside, and gently shake any water out of the charging port.
4. Don't use rice or a hairdryer. Rice doesn't help, and heat can damage the screen and battery.
5. Book a time, or call, and we'll take a look as soon as we can.

2. We open the phone, clean the circuit board and dry it properly.
3. We test everything and tell you whether any parts need replacing. You get a fixed price before we do anything more.
4. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once it's working.

Questions about water damage
Should I put my phone in rice?
No. Rice doesn't draw the water out of the phone, and dust from the rice can get into the charging port. Switch it off and get it cleaned as soon as possible.
Can you save my photos?
Often, yes, especially if the phone is switched off straight away and cleaned quickly. We always try to get your data off first.
How much does it cost?
Cleaning and checking costs from 399 DKK. If parts need replacing, you get a fixed price before we do anything.
