Typical signs
The battery needs replacing if your phone switches off at 20–30%, gets hot or shows a battery capacity below 80%. Often the charging port is just full of pocket fluff, and then cleaning it costs the low end of the price range.

Questions about mobile phone repair
How long does an iPhone battery replacement take?
Usually under an hour when we have the battery in stock. You can often wait while it's done.
Will I lose my photos during the repair?
No, replacing a screen, battery or charging port doesn't touch your data. If your phone still switches on, it's a good idea to back it up first.
Do you also repair Samsung and other Android phones?
Yes. Samsung, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Xiaomi and most others. Add your model when you book and we'll check the part.
