Common Galaxy faults
Green or pink lines on the screen often show up after a drop, even if the glass looks fine. That needs a new screen. If your phone charges slowly or only at one angle, the charging port is often just full of dust, and then we sort it with a clean.
How it works
1. Choose your model and fault when you book. You see the price and time straight away.
2. We confirm a time. You drop it off in Aalborg Øst, or we collect it from you in Aalborg.
3. We repair it and test the screen, touch, fingerprint reader and charging.
4. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once it works.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we fix it again at no extra charge.
Questions about Samsung repair
Why is a Samsung screen more expensive than an iPhone screen?
On the Galaxy S models, the screen is an AMOLED module with curved or thin glass and a built-in fingerprint reader. The part costs more, which is why the price is higher than on many iPhones.
Will the fingerprint reader and water resistance work after the repair?
We set up the fingerprint reader again and test it before you get your phone back. We seal the phone with a new gasket, but no workshop can promise the same water resistance as from the factory.
Do you also repair the Galaxy Z Fold and Flip?
Yes, but the price depends a lot on the damage. Book a free check-up and you'll get a fixed price.
