You get the price for both. The original screen has the factory colours and brightness. The compatible one is cheaper and works well for everyday use. We only order once you've chosen.
When the screen is black
A black screen isn't always the screen. It can also be a connector, the battery or software. The check-up is free, so you know what the fault is before you pay for a part.
Drop it off, or stay at home
Drop it off in Aalborg Øst by arrangement, or we'll come to you in Aalborg with no call-out fee.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we fix it with no new charge.
Questions about screen replacement
Can I keep using my phone with a cracked screen?
Often yes, but glass splinters can cut you and moisture gets in more easily. Put tape over the crack and get it replaced soon.
What's the difference between an original and a compatible screen?
An original screen has the same colours, brightness and touch as it had from the factory. A compatible screen is cheaper and works well for most people. You get the price for both and choose for yourself.
What if something else is wrong too?
Then we'll tell you before we go any further. You don't pay for anything you haven't agreed to.
