Your files come first
Before we reinstall or replace a drive, we copy your photos and documents over, as long as the drive can be read. You get them back on the new drive or on a USB stick.

The printer, the router and the computer at your home are often connected. That's why we're happy to come out to you in Aalborg with no call-out fee and sort it on the spot.
Pay when it works
Check-up 0 DKK. Fixed price before we start. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once you've seen that the computer works. If you have a Mac, see MacBook repair.

Questions about computer repair
My computer has become slow. Can it be saved?
Usually, yes. It's often a clean-up, a program running in the background, or an old hard drive. An SSD can make an older computer noticeably faster.
Can you rescue my files?
If the drive can still be read, we copy your files over before we do anything else. If the drive is physically dead, we tell you straight away.
Do you come to my home and set up a new computer?
Yes. We move your files and set up email, printer and backup, in Aalborg with no call-out fee.
