Common Pixel faults
A battery that swells or lifts the screen needs replacing quickly. Green lines or a flickering screen after a drop mean a new screen. If the phone only charges at one angle, the charging port is often just full of pocket fluff, and then a good clean does the job.
How it works
1. Choose your Pixel and the fault when you book. You see the price straight away.
2. We confirm the time and order the part if we don't have it in stock.
3. You drop it off in Aalborg Øst, or we collect it from you in Aalborg.
4. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once it works.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we fix it again at no extra charge.

Yes. The fingerprint sensor is calibrated and tested after a screen replacement, and we check the camera and face unlock before you get your phone back.
How long does it take?
The repair itself takes 30–60 minutes. If the part has to be ordered in, it usually takes 1–3 working days.
