The battery in a MacBook
Under System Settings, Battery you can see whether your Mac says "Service Recommended". If it does, it's time for a new battery. If it only runs with the charging cable plugged in, the battery is almost always the cause.
How it works
1. Book a time or give us a call. You drop it off in Aalborg Øst by arrangement, or we collect it from you in Aalborg.
2. Free check-up. You get a fixed price.
3. We repair it and test the screen, keyboard, charging and battery.
4. You pay with card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay once it works.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we fix it again at no extra charge.

Can you rescue the files on a MacBook that won't start?
Often, yes. We'll take a look at it for free and tell you whether the files can be saved before you pay anything.
Why do screen and battery prices say "from"?
The part depends on the year and size of your MacBook. You get the fixed price after the free check-up, before we order the part.
Can an old MacBook be fast again?
Often, yes. A clean-up, update and tidy-up helps most of them. If it's an older model with a hard drive, an SSD makes it noticeably faster.
