Honest about the price
An old iPad can cost more to repair than it's worth. If so, we'll tell you before you pay anything and give you the price, so the choice is yours.
The kids' iPad
Many of the iPads we see have been dropped by children. After the repair we can fit a new tempered-glass screen protector and a case, so it doesn't happen again straight away.
Drop it off, or stay at home
Drop it off in Aalborg Øst by appointment, or we'll come to you in Aalborg with no call-out fee.
If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we'll fix it again at no extra charge.

My iPad won't charge. Is it the battery?
It's often the charging port or the cable. The check-up is free, so you only pay for the part that's actually broken.
Do you also repair the Samsung Galaxy Tab?
