How to sell

Get the price
Search for your model and answer two short questions. The price appears straight away.

Send it
We'll email a shipping label. It's free in Denmark, and from the rest of the EU we simply deduct the shipping cost. If you live in Aalborg, you can drop it off.

Get paid
We check it and pay out with MobilePay or bank transfer, normally within 1 working day.
A company with lots of devices?
Choose Company and enter the quantity per model. The price is calculated the same simple way, whether it's one phone or a whole box.
If you have a long list, send it to [email protected] or call 91 82 58 88. We collect larger batches in Nordjylland.
Do you buy phones that are broken?
Yes. A smashed screen, a worn-out battery, or one that won't turn on at all. We deduct what it costs us to repair it, and you see the price straight away.
How do I get paid?
By MobilePay or bank transfer, normally within 1 working day after we have checked the device. If you live outside Denmark, we send the money to your IBAN.
Can I sell from another EU country?
Yes. Choose your country and send the device with the shipping label we email you. The shipping cost of 120 DKK is deducted from the amount, and you get the money in your IBAN account.
What if the device doesn't match the description?
Then you get a new offer. If you say no, we send it back to you free of charge.
What about my data?
Make a backup, and feel free to reset the device. We erase everything before it is repaired and sold on.
Why do I need to turn off Find My iPhone?
A locked device is no use to anyone, so we can't buy it. Go to Settings → your name → Find My → Find My iPhone, and turn it off.
