Questions
Do I have to pay before you repair it?
No. You see the price before you book, and you only pay once it works. If you'd rather pay straight away, you can do that too.
What if it can't be repaired?
Then it costs 0 DKK. The check-up is always free.
Can I just drop by?
No, only by appointment. Book a time and we'll confirm it by text message or e-mail. We can also come to your home in Aalborg.
How long does it take?
A battery takes about 30 minutes and a screen about 45 minutes, when the part is in stock. You see the time for your model when you book.
Do you also repair Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi and other brands?
Yes. We repair almost all brands of phones, computers and tablets. If your model isn't on the list, choose "My model isn't listed". Diagnosis is free, and you get a fixed price before we start.
