How we get it ready

We buy it
From individuals and companies in Denmark and the EU. We check the IMEI number to make sure it hasn't been reported stolen.

We test everything
Screen, battery, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons, charging, Face ID and connectivity. If anything is worn, we replace it in our own workshop.

We wipe and reset it
All data from the previous owner is erased, and the device is signed out of all accounts.

Free tracked delivery. You're only charged when we ship it.
Questions and answers
What if something is wrong with it?
You have a 24-month statutory warranty. Write or call us and we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the parcel. Send it back in the same condition and you'll get your money back.
When will I get it?
If it says "In stock", we ship it within 1 working day. If it says "Ships within 5 working days", it is on its way to us from the seller and we'll ship it as soon as it has been tested. Delivery is free in Denmark and you'll get a tracking number.
How do I pay?
With card, MobilePay, Klarna or Apple Pay. The amount is reserved when you buy and only charged when we ship. Payment goes through Stripe, so we never see your card details.
Why is the photo just an example?
Some devices have only just arrived and haven't been photographed yet. In that case we show an example photo. You'll get exactly the model, storage and condition shown on the page.
